Cancellation policy: If the customer wishes to cancel the order and the order was placed via Mada or Visa cards, please contact us. If the order status is pending review, the order will be canceled and the amount will be transferred to the customer minus the electronic payment fee (10%) within a maximum of 14 working days. In case the order status changes or the order is delivered to the customer and the product is in its original condition, the customer bears the shipping and return costs and the electronic payment fee (10%), and the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer within a maximum of 14 working days. Products purchased through installment programs (Tabea - Tamara) cannot be returned, only exchanged for other products of the same value or higher, with the customer paying the price difference. The maximum cancellation period is 7 working days from the date of the order.
